Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They add their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from a simple link, then access it just like a boarding pass.
What happens if the internet drops during a validation?
The scanner immediately displays the connection status and prevents duplicate visits. Your team can resume as soon as the network is back.
Can I customise the reward?
Yes. You define its name, the required number of visits, colours, logo and the card’s full visual identity.
Is my customer data protected?
Data is isolated by venue and encrypted in transit. Team access is controlled through roles.
Can Maison support multiple locations?
