For customers: first name, email, optional phone number and date of birth, contact consent, card identifier, QR code, visit count and reward status. For businesses: name, address, location, logo, visual assets, card settings, subscription and team members.

We use this data to create and update loyalty cards, record visits, display rewards, send programme-related Wallet notifications and let businesses manage their workspace.

Email or phone marketing requires the customer’s explicit consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the relevant business or Maison Loyalty support.

The service may use Supabase for authentication and the database, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing, and Apple Wallet and Google Wallet to distribute cards.

Customer data is retained for the duration of the contract with the relevant business, then for 12 months unless a legal obligation or a valid deletion request requires otherwise.

Analytics and advertising trackers depend on your choice. You can accept, refuse or update your preferences at any time through the Cookies button.
