Maison Loyalty lets businesses create digital loyalty cards, enrol customers, scan QR codes, record visits and publish updates compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

The service is for B2B use. The business is responsible for information shown on its card, the accuracy of its rewards and its rights to use logos, photos and brand content.

Access to enrolment QR codes, Wallet cards and premium features may depend on an active subscription. Access may be suspended following failed payment, misuse or breach of these terms.

The service must not be used for misleading, illegal, intrusive or unrelated messages. Wallet notifications must remain useful, relevant and reasonable.

The business must inform customers about data collection and respect their choices, including consent for email or phone communications.

Maison Loyalty aims for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Businesses should maintain appropriate fallback procedures for critical operations.

These terms are governed by French law.
